What happens to your files
Subtitle parsing, checks, editing and comparison happen in your browser. Video playback uses a temporary local object URL. File contents, filenames, reports and videos are never uploaded by this application.
Storage and downloads
Imported files and changes live in tab memory. Refreshing or closing the tab loses the workspace. Download reviewed subtitles or your original source to retain them. Reports contain caption text and filenames; share them deliberately.
Analytics and external services
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits, referral sources, browser/device categories and page performance. It does not use analytics cookies or track people across websites. The site does not send subtitle contents, filenames, reports or videos to analytics. Cloudflare also receives ordinary HTTP requests to deliver and protect this website. No advertising, accounts or payment integrations are active. Google Analytics 4 runs only if you choose Allow analytics. It measures page views, imports, analysis completion, reviewed subtitle/report download requests, comparison use and coarse error categories. We send only fixed event names, format labels and count ranges; never subtitle text, filenames, raw errors or video details. Built-in demo actions are excluded from tool-use events. URLs sent to Google exclude query strings and fragments. Google Analytics may estimate engagement and returning visitors using first-party cookies, configured to expire after 90 days. Advertising signals and enhanced automatic measurement are disabled. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. Change it using Analytics choices in the footer; declining or withdrawing keeps the complete tool available. Feedback you choose to send
If you email support, your email provider and the receiving mailbox process your message and anything you attach. This is separate from local subtitle processing. Share only the information needed to explain the problem. See Help & feedback.
