For a useful bug report
Tell us what you tried, what you expected, and what happened instead. Include your browser, device and whether you used SRT or WebVTT. If possible, check whether the same problem happens with the built-in demo.
Keep client work private
Do not send private subtitle files, videos, quality reports or screenshots containing client dialogue. A short example using invented text is usually enough.
